This is our expandable Stage 2 Trail Turbo Kit that is built on the same platform as our Stage 1 Kit with its innovative designs and technologies taken to the next level. The addition of an upgraded turbocharger and dual blow-off valves produce enhanced performance and horsepower while maintaining trail ability and providing race ability.

This kit is NOT recommended for the novice snowmobiler due to the sheer acceleration and vision blurring speed that can be achieved.

  • PRESET 5 psi (35 kPa)/190 HP BOOST LEVEL for safeguarded reliability of the stock engine at low elevation with premium pump gas on the trail.
  • No internal engine disassembly or modifications are required.

  • ADJUSTABLE from 5 to 25 psi (35-172 kPa) 190 to 330 Horsepower.
  • 7 psi (48 kPa) 210 HP is the maximum recommended boost level of this kit with the stock engine / compression ratio on premium pump gas. Higher boost levels will require the use of a correspondingly higher octane rated fuel.
  • Note: When our optional lower compression turbo pistons are installed, this kit becomes adjustable to 265 HP (12 psi / 83 kPa on premium pump gas without sacrificing low end throttle response like our competition
    We DO NOT recommend use of a head shim, or stacked head gaskets, to lower compression ratios in order to allow operating at higher boost / HP levels with lower octane fuel. In our experience, this compromises the desired trail sled characteristics, such as throttle response, fuel economy, and the engines overall efficiency with the combustion chamber squish that was extensively developed by the OEM. Therefore, we feel that the best way to accomplish lowering the compression ratio is to do it right the first time and install properly designed turbo pistons.

  • GENUINE GARRETT GT2860R SERIES BALL BEARING TURBOCHARGER that was methodically selected during R&D for an optimal size providing more efficiency at higher boost levels while retaining a quick boost response. Also internally waste gated for a tight clean fitment and simplicity. Optional STAGES available with various turbocharger models and components for any craved HP and boost level.   • DUAL BILLET ALUMINUM BLOW OFF VALVES that are properly sized for efficiency with the increased airflow and strategically located closest to the carburetors to provide an improved ON-OFF then BACK-ON AGAIN throttle response.   • ELECTRONIC OIL SCAVENGE PUMP mounted in the nose to positively return oil from the turbocharger back to the oil tank, ensuring that no oil is lost through the turbo seals, and into the charge tube or exhaust housing causing smoking, due to oil return backup. Long life, continuous duty rated model with a separate dedicated power relay. Comes pre-wired in loom for the FPP kit with all the required mounting brackets and hardware.
